I'm a Sacramento Native who likes to tinker with Steampunk Jewelry and Leather Crafts while paying the bills doing Nuclear Medicine. I'm constantly given advice by my wife, two kid's- Beast and Heathen (interchangeable depending on the day of the week), three cats, and three hamsters.

Actually it has a welded frame I made with some scrap bar stock we use at work, and then it uses the brass plates from the clocks under all the gears. thanks for the comments!

Nice! Makes sense how the plates match in size and thickness.

Very cool works! Do you ever show / sell them at the Sac-Con? [link]!/profile.php?id=100000793474823

I missed out on Sac-Con this year!!! I had to work at the hospital. My cohort at work rubbed it in sufficiently though.

Here's a fraction of the shows up there.

SACCON, Sacramento's Comic, Toy & Anime Show

Sunday, March 6, 2011, Scottish Rite Center

Sunday, June 5, 2011, Scottish Rite Center

Sunday, December 11, 2011, Scottish Rite Center

FROM THE LAND BEYOND, Sacramento's Horror/Sci-fi Convention

Saturday & Sunday, September 24th & 25th, 2011, Scottish Rite Center

I can only make a couple a year up there. About a 2-1/2 hour drive each way. Mostly Sundays and coming back into the bay area Sunday nights sucks traffic wise.

I am very spoiled as I live about 2 miles away and grew up around there! Thanks for the convention listings. I will hopefully get a table and throw some jewelry on display.
